P-KOTECH takes privacy and data protection
issues seriously. We have designed this Privacy Policy to explain how we
handle personally information collected from members who
register for services and submit information to SCartServer.com through
the Internet. 1. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSUREP-KOTECH
does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other
people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services
you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following
circumstances:
i.We provide the information to other companies or people who work on behalf of
or with P-KOTECH when: a) we have your consent to share the information.
b) we need to share your information to provide the product or service you
have requested. c) we need to send the information to companies who work on
behalf of P-KOTECH to provide a product or service to you. However,
these companies or people
do not have any right to share this information or to use this information
we provide them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
ii.We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to
establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
iii.We believe it is necessary to share information in order to
investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical
safety of any person, violations of P-KOTECH terms of use, or as otherwise
required by law.

iv.We transfer information about you if P-KOTECH is acquired by or
merged with another company. 2. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY We limit
access to personal information about you to employees who we believe
reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide
products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect
personal information about you.
Electronic safeguards - P-KOTECH uses security products and services that
meet accepted industry standards. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to
protect our Member's and their client's private and confidential
information during transmission over the Web. Password protection and user
authentication are implemented to ensure that only authorized personnel
have access to systems software and hardware.
Physical safeguards - Access to P-KOTECH's computing facility or
facilities in which its electronic informaiton
systems are housed is restricted to individuals identified by P-KOTECH who
need access to perform their jobs
3. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
P-KOTECH may update this policy. We will notify you about significant
changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to
the primary email address specified in your P-KOTECH account or by placing a
prominent notice on our site.
