Can I do online credit card authorizations in my
SCart Store?
You can process orders online or through your existing
in-store system -- it's up to you. Check out our current list of supported real-time payment
processing gateways.
Do I have to know HTML?
No, you won't need to use HTML.
To create your SCart Store, you can type in the item
number, item description,
price, category, shipping unit, attributes etc., for each item
you plan to sell, and all necessary HTML codes will be
automatically generated by the system.
On the other hand, you can use HTML if you like -
simply add HTML tags to your existing web site to hook up to the SCart shopping
cart engine.
What currencies do you support?
Our SCart Store supports US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Great Britain Pounds, Hong Kong SAR Dollars, Euros, Switzerland Francs, and Australian Dollars. Additional currencies can be added by request.
Please note, if you choose to use real-time processing gateway, the selected currency must also be supported by the gateway.
How do you handle tax rates?
There are two tax rate tables that you can setup to calculate taxes for national and/or state/provincial taxes.
How can you provide this service for FREE?
Our SCartFree is an advertiser sponsored package. By agreeing to
display rotating banners on your SCart store, we are able to provide your
shopping cart service for free. However, if you wish to have the banners
removed, you could select our premium package SCartGold for a low monthly fee.
Is there any restriction on the content we can put on your SCart Store?
Yes. You have to agree to our Terms of Service.
Illegal content, pornography and sex-related materials are prohibited.
Do you offer service in other languages?
In the near future, yes, we will be adding language modules for other
languages such as French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, and more. Do you have
